The Park offers a wide range of activities: hiking along the numerous paths, canoeing on the river Vara, boat trips on the river Magra, bird watching, walks among the plants and flowers of the Botanical garden in Montemarcello or in the narrows streets of the hamlets, walks on horse back along the Alta Via (High Track) of the Ligurian Mountains, cycling along the bicycle tracks on the river bank side, snorkelling. Visitors can also enjoy a tasting tour of the traditional cuisine of this area. A shuttle service is available on the Alta Via (High Track) of the Gulf starting from Calice al Cornoviglio.
