Notice of Ente Parco Montemarcello Magra in conformity with article 13 of DL 196/2003

Below, we summarize all the operations we perform that imply the collection, conservation or processing of your personal information and the purposes of each one.
a. we collect and conserve your personal information to provide the service and to provide Judicial Authorities the required information;
b. we process the personal information that you provide, and that deduced from your navigation on the web, based on a process that is better explained in the general conditions of service, for the purpose of defining your commercial profile;
c. the use of your commercial profile by Ente Parco Montemarcello Magra for the marketing and promotions purposes of Ente Parco Montemarcello Magra;
d. the collection, conservation and processing of your personal information for administrative-accounting purposes, including the possible e-mail transmission of commercial invoices;

FREEDOM TO GIVE CONSENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF A REFUSAL

Personal information must be provided for the purposes in points 'a', 'b', 'c' and 'd'. If you refuse your consent, the services cannot be provided.

HOLDER AND MANAGER OF THE HANDLING

The owner for handling purposes is Ente Parco Montemarcello Magra Via Paci, 2 - 19038 - Sarzana (SP). Any instances in conformity with article 7 of DL 196/2003 must be addressed to Ente Parco Montemarcello Magra. The Sole Manager in conformity with article 29 of DL 196/2003 is Mr. Patrizio Scarpellini.

RIGHTS OF PERSONS INVOLVED

Article 7 of DL 196/2003 (Rights of persons involved)

1. In relation to the handling of personal information, the person involved has the right to know what information about him/her is being handled, even if not yet recorded, and to receive a copy of it in intelligible form.

2. The person involved has a right to know:
• the origin of the information;
• the purposes of its handling;
• the handling logic;
• contact information for the Holder and Managers;
• the subjects to whom it could be given.

3. In addition, the person has the right:
• to have the information updated, corrected or supplemented;
• the information deleted, converted to anonymous form or blocked from handling in violation of the law, including those in which its conservation is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently handled;
• certification that the operations in the preceding point were brought to the attention of all those who were given the information, except in the case where this is impossible or would involve the use of means that are obviously disproportionate to the right being protected.

4. The person involved has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
• the handling of the personal information that regards him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose for which it was gathered;
• the handling of the personal information that regards him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials.
